These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ideal Buyer Personas (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ideal Buyer Personas generates AI-assisted marketing reports for real estate listings, including buyer persona analysis, area and price context, and related marketing materials, for a one-time fee per report.

2. AI-generated content

Reports are generated by an AI model based on the address and optional listing details you provide. Content may include inferred, hedged, or inaccurate statements. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any report before using it with clients or the public, including compliance with Fair Housing and other applicable laws.

3. Payment

Reports are billed on a one-time, per-report basis at checkout. Prices are shown before payment is collected.

4. Account and accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials (magic-link access) confidential.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or its generated content.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
