Account information (name, email address), listing information (property address, optional listing URL, photos and branding you upload), and payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe) — we do not store full card numbers ourselves.

How we use information

To generate and deliver reports, process payments, send transactional emails (magic links, receipts, report status), and operate and improve the Service.

Sharing your report as a public example

If you opt in at checkout, your finished report's mini-site may be featured as a public example on our homepage. This is always your choice and can be changed before payment.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers to operate the Service, including hosting, database, file storage, email delivery, payment processing, and AI inference providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us.
