Refund policy

Each report is generated from real listing data we fetch for the property. If that underlying listing information is grossly inaccurate — for example the beds, baths, price, or property description we sourced are clearly wrong for the address — contact us at [email protected] and we'll review it for a refund.

Because the buyer personas, market analysis, and marketing angles are AI-generated interpretations rather than facts, we can't offer refunds simply because you'd have written the research differently or disagree with its conclusions. You can always edit any report and regenerate it at no additional charge.
